At KC Plastics, our goal is always to make clients’ work easier. During pandemic, our US client could not get the PVC tubing they’ve always sourced from US vendor. So they came to us. We made the mold in 10 days and extruded tubing samples, which were approved right after. Our client used to cut the tubing into different lengths with chain saw manually. Due to application, cutting has to be exactly perpendicularly and clean. We decided to design a machine to cut the tubing automatically. Production efficiency was greatly improved.
