KC Plastics, previously ‘Ningbo Tengfei Precision Gear Co., Ltd’ was founded in 1985 by Mr.Wangx, an experienced and well-educated mechanical engineer. With two generations and nearly four decades’ efforts, KC Plastics has become a top manufacturer in plastic industry in China.

We are ISO/TS 16946 certified and we specialize in precision mold tooling, injection moulding, value-added manufacturing and plastic extrusion.

Our tooling department is equipped with late-model high precision CNC machines, slow wire cutting machines, EDM and other machines that are necessary for precision tooling. Our moulding shop is designed and equipped for modern moulding environment. Instead of city water, we use purified chilling water with temperature control. This greatly improves moulding result and protects mold steel from rusting.  We have xx presses ranging from xx Ton to XXX Ton. Most of them are equipped with robot and conveyor for efficient production. Besides regular moulding, we do 2-shot moulding and insert moulding as well.

We also provide value-added manufacturing, like painting, ultrasonic welding, friction welding, laser printing, silk screen and assembly.

In 2015, we added plastic extrusion department to serve clients in need of extrusion. Common materials we use are PVC, PE and PP.
